Introduction
A standard Blackbox build uses “Blackstop” hall-effect (magnetically actuated) end-stop switches. They offer contact-less and precise trigger points that aren’t sensitive to lighting changes.
This guide covers the alternative officially supported option using mechanical limits switches.

Orient Print_XMicroswitchHolder_Part1 as shown

Install (2) 2x6mm dowel pins

Slide (1) limit switch over previously installed dowels

Install (2) 2x6mm dowel pins

Push (1) Print_XYMicroswitchHolder_Part2 onto previously installed dowels. The endstop wires will pass through the lower open section.

Orient Print_YMicroswitchHolder_Part1 as shown

Install (2) 2x6mm dowel pins

Slide (1) limit switch over previously installed dowels

Install (2) 2x6mm dowel pins

Push (1) Print_XYMicroswitchHolder_Part2 onto previously installed dowels. The endstop wires will pass through the lower open section.

Seat (1) 2x6mm dowel into the BeltCorner_Right assembly as shown.

The existing fastener will be re-used.

Push the Y Axis micro switch assembly onto the previously installed dowel. Re-install and tighten fastener.

Mount the X axis micro switch assembly against Print_XBracketV2
-
Install and secure using (1) M3x8mm SHCS into upper threaded hole. Ensure correct positioning by confirming the micro switch arm contacts the Y axis flange near the center.
